squid.conf for a dial up proxy

I try to use squid as proxy for dial up,
With version 2.2.STABLE3 I had sometime the following problem :
my computer hang up after time out (normal) but 1 minute later dial again
without reason

So I upgrade to STABLE5, could somebody with a working dial up proxy
configuration send me
his squid.conf ?

with netstat -p -N, I see that squid is trying to reconnect again

Is this a bug or a misconfiguration ?
