Port 591 in default Safe_ports

Recently I have had users complaining about access to some services
running on port 591.

According to http://www.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/port-numbers
(linked from IANA http://www.iana.org/numbers.html#P) this port has
been defined as "http-alt".

"grep http port-numbers" give me the following ports which are not in
the default Safe_ports acl:

http-mgmt 280/tcp http-mgmt
http-mgmt 280/udp http-mgmt
gss-http 488/tcp gss-http
gss-http 488/udp gss-http
http-alt 591/tcp FileMaker, Inc. - HTTP Alternate (see Port 80)
http-alt 591/udp FileMaker, Inc. - HTTP Alternate (see Port 80)
multiling-http 777/tcp Multiling HTTP
multiling-http 777/udp Multiling HTTP

I believe these should be listed in the default Safe_ports acl.
