Re: Squid, Proxy.pac, and Mobile Computers.

Netscape makes a copy of the autoconfig file. When it is unable to connect
to http://blah.foo.org/proxy.pac on start up, it will use, and notify you
that it is doing it, the local copy of the autoconfig file.
