what is error log means?

Hi,

My squid is version 2.1.patch2

For same day start, I have error in cache.log as:
1999/08/20 09:46:35| storeSwapInFileOpened: /cache2/00/15/00001510: Size
mismatch: 10320(fstat) != 289(object)

Anyone can give an advice what is wrong with my proxy???
