Some web sites don't let proxy in...

There are some web site who ask users to turn off their proxy.
But in a transparent proxy or firewall environments, clients are
always relayed by proxy. How to distinguish if the request is from
proxy and, how can I configure squid so that the web site thinks
the request is from user directly?
