Squid2 as FTP-Gateway

hi,
I'm glad that Squid2 is able to handle FTP - Request from my WebBrowser.
BUT!!!!!
Is it also able to work with a 100% FTP-Client like WS-FPT32 to upload Files
to a FTP-Server????????????

Where can I find some Infos about this and how do I have to configure my FTP-Client
