PATCH: disable Via: and X-Forwarded-For: header sending

is a patch against Squid 2.2 STABLE3 which adds the ability to block
sending of the Via: and X-Forwarded-For: headers by your cache. It's
configured using the anonymize_headers directive in squid.conf.

Via: is required by the HTTP 1.1 specification, and used by Squid for
loop detection, so you'd probably want to think carefully before
turning it off. I figured people ought to have the option, though :-)

X-Forwarded-For: could already be partially disabled using the
forwarded_for directive in squid.conf, but this simply causes the
client IP address to be replaced with the string "unknown". This
patch lets you tell Squid not to send the header at all, which might
be useful in (for example) a mesh of cooperating anonymising proxies.

Only tested under RedHat Linux version 6 so far, so caveat emptor!
