problem

i've just compiled squid-2.2.devel 3 and using the same conf file as with
squid-2.2.stable.1, wherever i decide to go, provided that the page is NOT
in the cache, i get forwarding denied message, saying that some proxy is
trying to use mine as a sibling and pointing my own IP address.

Any ideas?
