May be a IMS problem. The proxy has a html page younger than the real one.
When the proxy ask with a "if-modified-since" parameter more actual than the
parameter of www.knp-telecom.nl index html page, the web server answer with a
"304: Use local copy".
Try to PURGE http://www.kpn-telecom.nl and www.ptt-telecom.nl.
