Modified squid to allow user groups based acl's

Hello all!

I developed a modified version of squid (based on 1.1.21
no-vm) to allow group based acl's.

In details, I define some user groups using a database and
then permit or deny access to some sites with acls based on
group properties, using a proxy_auth directive with an
external authenticator program that queries the database.

The actual version works well with proxy-chain and all the
features of original squid: I added "group" feature, without
affecting anything else of the original squid functionality.

Modified squid works well and is really stable, serving many
users (from 400 to 2500), without flaws.

Currently I'm working on a modified version of 2.2STABLE
interfaced with Solid DB, but changing DB and authenticator
is fairly simple.

I'm wondering if this feature may be of interest to the
squid user community, and if I may ask for some help testing
and maintaining future releases.

Anyway, thank you for your support and greetings from Italy!
