Squid caching configuration problem

Hi guys

I am runnig Squid with NT box. Squid is running well but when see the
acces.log, almost all hit are miss and some are refresh hits and in
cache.log al most all hits dispalys as RELEASE insted of SWAPIN. I am using
3.5 GB HDD with 32 MB ram.I clound not understand the problem. Pls help me
