Looks like a typical aborted entry where nothing has been received from
the server.
If you enable "log_mime_hdrs on" in squid.conf then the request will be
logged in more detail. Be warned that it may then contain password
information, so be careful when sending log_mime_hdrs enabled logs to
the public... (replace any Authorization: header data with
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)

I don't think it is a OE5 bug. If it was then you sould have seen a
completed request in access.log, but OE5 would have crashed (or given an
error dialog).
Maybe OE5 sends some additional headers which confuses things. See
above.
