Don't use the application that is generating them?

Essentially something is sending PROPFIND methods to squid, and it
really doesn't know what to do with them. (Perhaps they should work like
a GET but with the original method passed through, and the response not
cached unless otherwise specified)

However, since Squid doesn't know what to do with it, it's an
unsupported method. I'm curious now, however, to know what application
is sending them.
