too many TCP_DENIED messages ...

Hi!

We use an ldap authentication with squid 2.1.patch2.

when we analyse the access.log then too many the TCP_DENIED messages in the log
file.

1. How can I to block (or redirect ?) this requests ?

2. How works is squid ?
        1 = acl, 2 = authentication, 3 = redirection, 4 = get the page ?
or not ?

What I can do , how the status of this requests will be successfull and not
TCP_DENIED ?

in one day 10000-20000 wrong requests are in the access.log
