I can't check at the moment as our firewall is being downgraded from
Linux to a commercial GUI one (I don't have management control), but
I would think this is the result of hotmail policy as much as
anything.
Being uncacheable can be a benefit to certain sorts of commercial
site, even though it is bad for the net as a whole and many users.
