Hi!
I have a Linux box running a quite ancient version of squid (1.1.19 if
I recall correctly). I know that I should upgrade but did not manage
to do so time-wise.
|mh@palandt:/home/mh > df
|Filesystem 1024-blocks Used Available Capacity Mounted on
|/dev/sda8 2689869 834050 1716736 33% /cache
|mh@palandt:/home/mh >
That box has been running as a WWW cache for about half a year now,
servicing 30 users. I believe that more than 830 MB should be used by
now on my cache partition. I suspect that squid is prematurely freeing
cached objects.
What am I doing wrong?
Greetings
Marc
