Same mistake I made. :)

Setting it to -1 (disable) means _never_ abort. This is spelt out
in the squid 1.1 config, but isn't really clear in 2.0/2.1.

Setting it to 0 or something very low should effectively disable it.

e.g.

quick_abort_min 2 KB
quick_abort_pct 99
quick_abort_max 4 KB
