Hai Jason!

You're absolutely right.
but the old logs are in http format and until the decision to use native
format logs I need something to convert the logs (to make statistics).
Which are the extra informations (differences to http format) in detail?
What informations do I loose, are they necessary for statistics?
Thx for giving me some more informations or scripts to convert. :)
I did take a look on the scripts from the Squid homepage, there is on
script called access-extract.pl which has an option "-h" to use http
format logfiles. I seems that the log formats look like:
http format:
who - - time method what tag size
native format:
time elapsed who tag size method what
"elapsed" is something which is not logged in the http format, is this
true? Thx for help.
