AS Numbers

Hello.

I would like to utilise AS Numbers for my cache. I run Squid on a Linux box
which then connects to a Cisco Router, this router does the AS routing for
us. One connection goes to an ISP and the other to a Peering arrangement.
I would like our cache to go direct for anything routed via the Peering port
and go always by a parent cache via the ISP port.
