I'm trying Squid2.1.PRE1 and i'm seeing that the FD's allocated don't stop
growing ... a FD leak ??
Next problems also appear in 2.0.PATCH2:
Also when compiling a warning is reported:
>gcc -g -O2 -Wall -I. -I../include -I../include -c HttpReply.c -o
HttpReply.o
>HttpReply.c: In function `httpReplyUpdateOnNotModified':
>HttpReply.c:269: warning: passing arg 3 of `httpHeaderUpdate' from
>incompatible pointer type
I'm also detecting lots of timeouts and incomplete files cached,
maybe is also some other bugs in this area no ??
(for each one we kill two of them appear !!! I know that !!! 8(( )
BTW I'm running Squid in a DEC PWS433au (21164@433MHz) with 320Mb of RAM &
4Gb UWSCSI, OS is Linux/Alpha 2.0.35 (with DEC patches & +256FD's patch),
CC=egcs-2.90.27 980315 (egcs-1.0.2 release)
I hope this helps squid enhancement !!!
TIA.
