IMS_HIT for local domain

I don't want to cache URL's with our local domain (surfshop.net.ph) in it.

Why do I still get a TCP_IMS_HIT when I have my domain already setup in
the hierarchy stop_list, i.e.

hierarchy_stoplist cgi-bin surfshop.net.ph ?

I get this from access.log:
