Fromt he log:
1998/10/19 09:17:52| diskHandleWrite: FD 53: disk write error: (28) No
space left on device
1998/10/19 09:17:52| storeSwapOutHandle: SwapOut failure (err code = -6).
1998/10/19 09:17:52| WARNING: Shrinking cache_dir #2 to 3393601 KB
From df:
/dev/sd1c 4069211 3437814 305861 92%
/usr/local/squid/cache_dir-1
/dev/sd2c 4069211 3429865 313810 92%
/usr/local/squid/cache_dir-2
/dev/sd3c 4069211 3708524 35151 99%
/usr/local/squid/cache_dir-3
Note that cache-dir-3 has only 10%of the space left that the other 2 cache
dirs have.
From squid.conf
cache_dir /usr/local/squid/cache_dir-1 3700 16 256
cache_dir /usr/local/squid/cache_dir-2 3700 16 256
cache_dir /usr/local/squid/cache_dir-3 3700 16 256
I'm also confused as to why squid is not able to use the full 3.7GB's,
since 10% reserve is already accounted for...
Any tips appreciated. I'm running on FreeBSD-2.2.7+, and outside of this
minor annoyance, patch2 of squid 2.0 seems to be working peachy.
(One minor question, does squid support the Cisco Cache Protocol thingie?
can't remember what it's called. I don't think 1.x did, but 2.0 has more
bells and whistles, not all of which appear documented. :))
