Squid2.0P2 loops cache_peer*/CARP support

The following bug in Squid 2.0Patch2/Solaris2.5.1:

With the following two lines Squid loops during the startup phase
trying to configure the sibling host multiple time

cache_peer www-cache.xlink.net sibling 3128 3130
cache_peer_domain www-cache.xlink.net .com .net

Squid outputs the following debugging code:

     17 cacheClientAddr ::= { cacheClientEntry 1 } (8)
     18 cachePeerEntry ::= { cachePeerTable 1 } (1)
     19 private ::= { intenet 4 } (0)
     20 cacheUptime ::= { cacheSystem 3 } (1)
     21 cacheSysStorage ::= { cacheSystem 2 } (1)
     22 cacheSysVMsize ::= { cacheSystem 1 } (1)
     23 enterprises ::= { private 1 } (0)
     24 carp.c:100: failed assertion `tp->type == PEER_PARENT'

Maybe this will help to solve the problem. After removing the
two lines the restarting Squid everything works fine.
