proxy_auth

Hi,

I´m installing 2.0 on a new machine now.... since this one shall replace
an existing proxy, i need to have proxy_auth active, but i couldn´t find
the option anymore in the Makefile, and also in the documentation... how
is this handled now? And are there any changes in the way proxy_autch
works (we have already a proxy.passwd file with over 1000 users, so I
hope not....)?
