If I replace "parent" with "sibling" in squid.conf, here are the error
messages I get when I run Squid:

parse_peer: Ignoring carp-load-factor for non parent websweeper1/3128
parse_peer: Ignoring carp-load-factor for non parent websweeper2/3128
