Hi, I'm currently running squid 1.2.beta24 + the first patch set under
solaris 2.5.1. About 75% of the time when it restarts and tries to read
the cache metadata back in, it will start producing error messages in
cache.log such as:
1998/09/03 21:13:17| aclMatchAcl: 'manager' has bad type 169
1998/09/03 21:13:17| aclMatchAcl: 'manager' has bad type 169
1998/09/03 21:13:17| aclMatchAcl: 'manager' has bad type 169
...
or
1998/09/03 21:21:58| aclMatchAcl: 'manager' has bad type 2419
1998/09/03 21:21:58| aclMatchAcl: 'manager' has bad type 2419
1998/09/03 21:21:58| aclMatchAcl: 'manager' has bad type 2419
...
These will keep going until I kill -TERM or HUP squid. It doesnt seem to
effect squid's operation very much, but only occurs before the metadata is
fully read/validated, I've never seen it occur after this stage.
Has anyone else seen this?
Daryl
