protoCantFetchObject

Hello,

        I am receiving the following message in my cache_log:

protoCantFetchObject: FD 21 No neighbors or parents were queried and the
host is beyond your firewall.

        I never encountered this kind of error until 2 days ago. I am using 1.1.22
with a parent and a few siblings. What does the error means exactly ?
