Are you starting as root and running as another uid? In that case the
abort() call on BSD/OS does not give a coredump. I fixed it by adding
'enter_suid();' before the 2 'abort();' calls in tools.c.
I'm Cc:-ing squid-bugs because this could be a more general problem on other
platforms too.
