They must've been up sometime this early morning PDT, but squid.nlanr.net seems
dead at this time... must be an indication of network trouble of something.

Dear folk.
        This day, when I try to browse my www-browser to many www server ,
it have error (80-95% of all site) include some server like www.cnn.com
,wwww.3com.com, www.ibm.com, etc. The error is Read Time Out and report
by cache server with NLANR (My cahce proxy is under hierarchy of NLARN
cache). What heppen ? I copy the error page here.
