Right, IRC has nothing to do with Squid. IRC talks on port 6667
usually, and if DCC isn't working, it's probably due to a blocked port
on the packet-filtering firewall. I don't know much about DCC, but
the idea is not entirely comfortable with me and my security paranoia.
