access.log timestamps

I need to go back into the logs and retreive from the access.log, all the
data that partains to a certain user. I know what time and date the user
was logged in, and what IP number they had. But the squid logs are in
unix timestamp format.

Is there a utility that will basically leave the logs the way they are
except convert the timestamp to a normal common time/date?
