Having Problems with 1.2 Beta 15

Im getting this problem:

ok.. the server works for couple of hours, and then is stops, and gives
this problem, i need to reboot the machine to start working properly..
Any sugestions ??

I have these machine as a Parent, this is the only machine i have in
this network installes as a CACHE. Can anyone help ?
