Avg RTT problem.

Hi,

I'm running squid 1.1.20+retry, and I having a problem with the AVG
RTT field under cachemgr, it seems the field just keeps incrementing
until it rolls over, this causes my cache to run slow as it then
usaaly tries to pull the object off the wrong sibling/parent, anybody
else having this problem? Anybody know how to fix it?
