I don't think you can do this in 1.1.X, but you shure can in 1.2.

Example for Squid 1.2:

acl internal_servers url_regex ^[a-z]*://sww.*company.com
acl internal_servers_https url_regex ^sww.*company.com
always_direct internal_servers
always_direct internal_servers_https
