I've seen this also some times on my Solaris box (2.5, 128M Ultra1) with
squid v1.1.18 (cache-men 8M) but this hasn't caused any problems at all. As
far as I know this only happened when a mega-size file was downloaded. Our
squid continues as if nothing happened (also no mem/cpu hogs).
