to favor Sibling against parent

        Hi!

        I've got this nice problem.
        How to favor siblings agains parent?
        I can't stop ICP queries (e.g. no-query) in case
        the parent goes down (it does!) but I'd want to wait
        all replies from sibling before going for parent
        and paying money for every request ?

        According to squid.conf there's the weight = something
        but I guess that's only to be used between different
        parents?

        Or did I make it wrong that the sibling ICP's are sent
        before Parent ICP's ?
