currently I am running bind 4.9.6 and SQUID 1.1.18 on a FreeBSD on 2.2.5
I am will be upgrading bind to 8.1.1
In the realease notes 1.1 there is a section talking about
"Getting true DNS TTL info into Squid's IP cache"
except this has reference to bind 4.9.4
has anyone tried this with 8.1.1?????? does this hack still apply??
