Disabling Net Filter

I just e-mailed Net filter co. because I am having trouble using the
security features to disable the filtering system. My password is
Ensefulitus, and though I type it in for disabling,
I am still site blocked in a lot of areas.
Please provide instructions on how to toggle properly.
