I can see additional uses for an HTML parser, for parsing additional
information from web pages. For example, Author supplied PICS labels which
can be provided using a meta tag in the HTML text. My concern though is
that parsing every page coming through a busy proxy would surely be
prohibitively slow, low CPU usage or not...
