stoplist for virtual hosts

I have squid 1.1.17 running as a http accel on a Sun Ultra 1. The server runs several virtual hosts on port 81 (squid is on port 80). A situation has arose where I do not want to cache one of these sites. Putting the sitename in the stoplist does not seem to prevent its caching. What would be the best way to procede?
