There are various ones:
http://squid.nlanr.net/Squid/1.1/1.1.14/ contains the original
one - but it doesn't work nicely with the older versions. Since we
run squid-NOVM I have a retry-patch for NOVM-17 at
ftp://ftp.is.co.za/private/oskar/retry.1.NOVM.17
Anyone wanting to port the NOVM-17 to VM-17 shouldn't have problems.
18 shouldn't be a hassle too.
