squid 1.1.x,sunos 4.1.3, commbind

I could not install squid 1.1.14 on a Sparc - sunos 4.1.3
With a squid.conf minimal, without any other soft running, even after a reboot
I have the message :

I don't have any idea ... The only version I could running is the version
1.0.15
