Refresh patterns.

(Goodmorning) Squidders,

A while back I seem to recall a mass discussion on custom refresh patterns
- ie. separate patterns/rules for gif/jpgs etc.. and certain refresh
patterns gave a better hitrate:user_happiness ratio..

I hope I'm remembering correctly, but if someone could post these (and/or
any other cache optimizing (hitrate wise) rules/ideas etc) I would greatly
appreciate it. The cache in question will be 24Gb or so with max 3000
requests/hour from modems only.. so some safe options to keep data in the
cache longer would be nice. :)
