Web based chat & Squid

I'm sure there is a way to get this to work, but I can't find an answer anywhere :-(

How do I get a web based chat server to stop returning a "Name IP validation error"

The particular chat server is http://www.geocities.com/HotSprings/chat.html

It works fine without using the proxy.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
