True if the hash is based on the whole URL. The situation which got me
thinking was if the hash used only the hostname portion. The same
situation could arise if caches were told to specialise in particular
domains. At one stage our national cache was experimenting with this sort
of configuration, but I never heard of any results. I think the NLANR
caches have a similar setup too: have they had any comments from users
about the possible failure mode ?
