Setting patches as application/octet-stream?

One of PStewart's problems was that he clicked on the patch to display it
on the screen before saving it to the disk. This caused the web browser
to wrap the lines, thus corrupting the patch. How about changing the web
server to make *.patch files have the "application/octet-stream" type
instead of "text," so that a single-click will save it to disk instead of
displaying it? This will be more intuitive than "click-hold, select save
to disk" that's needed now to avoid patch corruption.
