[Q] FreeBSD and Squid NOVM.15

hello everyone!

why isn't squid reporting (using cachemgr.cgi) the *exact* number of file
descriptors on the FreeBSD machine that i have. 'sysctl -a' reports that
kern.maxfiles: 680, kern.maxfilesperproc: 680, but cachemgr.cgi reports
that i have only 360 max file descriptors. (FreeBSD 2.2.2, Squid
1-NOVM.15)
