SQUID should use ONLY a single parent

Hi!

What I would like to configure seems easy to me:

My Squid should ALWAYS ask the Proxy (proxy.cls.net:80) of my ISP. If
the domain does not exist the proxy of my ISP should report that. The
only exception are a few local domains (tng.de, buchdienst.de, all in
195.180.175.x) that should be retrieved directly by the local squid.

I'm using SQUID 1.1.10. proxy.cls.net

In squid.conf I changed:

cache_host proxy.cls.net parent 80 7 no-query default
local_ip 195.180.175.0
single_parent_bypass on

but my access-log shows:
