Simple (?) squid question

Can/how does squid support the following url method:
http://www.squidmachine.com/http://www.whereiwant.com/

I would like to use it as a proxy without having to configure my browser.
(The anonymizer does this.) It would be very nice for less technical
minded users since we really only need the proxy for one domain.

I know it is a pain, but I am not on the list so if people could cc me
with any info I would really appreciate it.
