Nlanr caches..

I sent a request to nlanr a few days ago to ask for permission to use
their caches as parents... (I believed I asked to use bo and pn).. I've
yet to recieve a responce or recieve access... Am I being to jumpy? How
long should this take? I was under the impression that they welcomed
children but they didn't want random web wanders setting their proxy to
them.. I've checked the cache regestry and there doesn't seem to be
anything in the way of parents upstream.... I've got a few caches and was
wanting to connect... I havn't started nagging my upstream to put in a
cache but I plan to. :)
